Big Beat-Records

French label founded in 1980 by Jacky Chalard. During the 1980s and 1990s, Big Beat Records defined the Rockabilly genre with artists like Jezebel Rock, Alligators, Chris Evans in France, and of course Vince Taylor, Crazy Cavan, Michel Pagliaro etc…internationally. The first record on Big Beat was "Routes of Rock" by "Jezebel Rock". During the first year, Chalard recorded several artists who would go on to have successful careers.
