The American music critic Dave Marsh once commented something to the effect that there was no such thing as a bad Elvis Presley record, because at the very least it had Elvis Presley on it! Elvis did record a few real oddities in his day (No Room To Rhumba In A Sports Car, anybody?). But, you’ll find nothing on this 4LP vinyl collection that doesn’t live up to the title, and the fact is that most of the time Elvis produced pure diamonds.
